       Greenwood added.
1953:  Issued from 15 Distribution Points and by mail.

1956:  Issued from 20 offices.
1960:  Issued from 45 field offices; Lexington only county without one.

1970:  Issued from 50 branch offices.
1978:  Issued from 56 branch offices.
